What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days) and express shipping (2-3 business days) within India. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹999 while express shipping is available at a flat rate of ₹99. International orders are shipped via courier and typically arrive within 10-15 business days. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
At Qlothiq, we only accept returns in the event that you received a damaged product from us. While we encourage you to refer to our detailed size charts (of ready product measurements) before placing an order, we understand that fit can vary between brands. To initiate a return/exchange, you can contact us at hello@qlothiq.com with relevant images and information of your order, and we will move forward with any necessary corrections.
We maintain a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return; aferwards, we'll consider the order fulfilled and accepted.
If all the return conditions are met, we will either replace it with another product of the same value or offer store credit for an equivalent amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring yourself using the guide provided and comparing with our size chart for the most accurate fit. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.
