Refund policy

At Qlothiq, we only accept returns in the event that you received a damaged product from us. While we encourage you to refer to our detailed size charts (of ready product measurements) before placing an order, we understand that fit can vary between brands. That’s why we offer free pickup and size exchanges. For personalized guidance on sizing, our team is available at hello@qlothiq.com and on Instagram @_qlothiq

To initiate a return/exchange, you can contact us at hello@qlothiq.com with relevant images and information of your order, and we will move forward with any necessary corrections.

We maintain a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return; otherwise, we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it.

If all the return conditions are met, we will either replace it with another product of the same value or offer store credit for an equivalent amount

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
